These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between xbhaji and its users. By accessing the xbhaji website or using any of its services, you are considered to have read and agreed to all terms set out herein.

Xbhaji operates under an international online gaming licence. The platform is run for entertainment purposes and strictly adheres to responsible gaming principles.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. In the event of changes, registered members will be notified via email and the updated date will be reflected on the site. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Each person may register only one account on xbhaji. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or from a single device within the same household, is strictly prohibited.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. xbhaji reserves the right to suspend or close any account created using false or misleading information, at any time.

KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory in the following cases:

• Before making your first withdrawal
• When total withdrawals exceed ৳50,000
• When xbhaji requests verification at any time

Documents required for KYC: a scan of your National ID or passport, a selfie photo, and proof of address.

Xbhaji supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally instant — for any failed transactions, the policies of your bank or mobile banking provider will apply.

Xbhaji only accepts payments made from accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Xbhaji does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside xbhaji's control.

Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawal Request Processing Time:

• Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): typically within 2–24 hours
• For large amounts (above ৳1,00,000): up to 24–72 hours
• Your first withdrawal may take longer due to additional verification requirements

If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until the Wagering Requirement has been met. However, you may cancel the bonus and withdraw your real money balance.

Xbhaji reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals involving suspicious transactions — additional verification documents may be requested during this time.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real balance by meeting the required wagering threshold, typically 30–40x the bonus amount.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days
• Any unused bonuses and winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry
• Some bonuses apply only to specific games — this will be stated on the offer page
• Bonuses are not eligible for Wagering on Live Baccarat in most cases

Xbhaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time. Advance notice will be given wherever possible for significant changes.

All games on xbhaji operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every outcome is entirely random, and xbhaji has no influence over results in any way.

Betting Limits: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which can be found in the game rules section.

Technical Error: If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues, xbhaji will uphold the results of any completed rounds. For incomplete rounds, the data recorded by the system at the time of interruption will be considered final.

• In Sports Betting, once a bet is placed it cannot be cancelled (except in certain specified circumstances)
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed
• Xbhaji reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds accepted at the time of placement are final

In the event of a dispute over a game result, xbhaji's game logs will serve as the definitive record. Contact the support team to raise a dispute — resolutions are typically provided within 72 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbhaji and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using software bots, scripts, or any automated means to play games
• Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system for unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a channel for funds of illegal origin
• Using coordinated betting or accumulative strategies to exploit bonus benefits
• Completing verification using a false identity or fraudulent documents

Xbhaji uses an automated fraud detection system to keep the platform secure. If unusual patterns are detected, an account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Xbhaji believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — and ensuring it stays that way is our responsibility. That's why xbhaji makes a range of responsible gaming tools readily available to all members.

Available Tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you're willing to lose within a given period

All these tools are available from the Account Settings section. Increasing a limit does not take effect immediately — it applies only after the cooling period has elapsed. Reducing a limit, however, takes effect right away.

Any member may request to close their account at any time by emailing our support team. All available balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided any applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.

Xbhaji may close an account on its own initiative for the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is established
• If fraudulent activity is detected on the account
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

If an inactive account holds a balance, xbhaji will notify the account holder via support email. An inactivity fee may apply — up to ৳50 per month or the remaining balance, whichever is lower.

Xbhaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the site with a revised date, and registered members will be notified by email.

If no objection is raised within 7 days of a change and you continue to use the service, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
